My Superhero, My Dad
The strongest man by far, by far.
He lifts me high to touch the sky,
With him, I feel like I can fly!
He tells me stories, big and bright,
And tucks me in with hugs so tight.
When I’m afraid, he’s always near,
His gentle voice wipes every fear.
We laugh and play the whole day through,
There’s nothing my dad cannot do!
He fixes toys and bakes a pie,
He’s my hero—no need to try.
“Work hard,” he says, “but have some fun,
Be kind to all, you’ll be the one!”
Oh, daddy dear, you make me glad,
I love you so, my super dad!
